For those who don’t know what “Get me in” is, it’s Ticketmaster’s sister site for people to buy/sell gig and festival tickets.
Have I personally used them, YES, I once bought tickets for my daughter’s birthday for One Direction only to be let down the last minute… I was referred to these guys, bought some tickets (for less than I had originally paid!!) and they arrived the very next time so I can’t recommend them enough!
Summer’s biggest party returns in August! Taking place over two sites at Chelmsford’s Hylands Park and Staffordshire’s Weston Park from Saturday 20 August to Sunday 21 August, V Festival will celebrate its 21st birthday with another incredible line-up.
Justin Bieber and Rihanna have been confirmed as this year’s festival headliners! Justin Bieber released his Purpose album last year, so get ready to party along to tracks from the record such as What Do You Mean? and Love Yourself.
Meanwhile, Rihanna’s eagerly-awaited Anti album dropped during February. The record includes the lead single Work, which features R&B star Drake. Rihanna and Justin Bieber will be joined by Sia, David Guetta, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs, Bastille, Little Mix, Jess Glynne, Jake Bugg and many more over the weekend.

V Festival opening times
V Festival’s Hylands Park general campsite opens at 12pm on Friday and closes at 12pm on Monday. The Weston Park campsite will open at 9am on Friday and close on Monday at 12pm.
The festival arena will be open from 11:30am at both sites on Saturday and Sunday with the closing time set for 11pm, after the bands have finished.

V Festival travel information – Weston Park
The Weston Park site is 30 minutes from central Birmingham and is located on the A5 at Weston-under- Lizard. V Festival offers a shuttle bus at Stafford Rail Station, Wolverhampton Fryer Street, Telford bus Station, Telford Park Inn & Forge Gate Hotels, and Telford Rail Station.
Weston Park offers plenty of space for parking. Parking tickets are available to buy in advance or on arrival. You can also arrive via coach with Big Green Coach, National Express, and Millennium Concert Travel offering travel options.
V Festival travel information – Hylands Park
Hylands Park is located outside of Chelmsford (2 miles) in Writtle. V Festival offers a shuttle bus from Chelmsford Rail Station.
Parking is also available for festival goers with parking tickets available on the day of arrival or in advance. Alternatively, Big Green Coach and National Express over travel options to the site.
What can you take to V Festival?
V Festival allows alcoholic drinks on the event’s campsite. Please note there is a strict no glass policy and glass will be confiscated if found. Only water and soft drinks are allowed in the arena area, which must be in a collapsible container no bigger than one litre in size in foil, plastic or cardboard. No alcohol is allowed to be brought into the arena area. Free drinking water standpipes are situated throughout the campsite and arena.
